“Capital” is about how many people are left without any help in the suburbs of society – especially when there is no one who has completely ousted Scott Morrison, she said.

“We’ll all be taxed for buggy and get nothing in return. He did not help anyone during the Bushfire season.”

In ‘Capital’, Amy sang, “Australia is on fire, but, alas, I’m not learning how to be more conscious. Farmers are waiting for rain while torching the landscape.

“I don’t have much understanding of politics,” Amy continues. “But during the Bushfire season all the indigenous people developed backburning setups and the government ignored it.

“Also, domestic incarceration rates are far from fucking Richter scale.”

Amil & the Snipers’ new album Comfort to Me dropped last Friday.
