“I’m so glad I came back home,” Walsh said in the video announcing her return.

Walsh joined “Grace Anatomy” in its first season, introducing the main character Meredith Gray (Ellen Pompeo) to her love interest’s wife Derek Shepard (Patrick Dempsey) in a memorable final moment.

A neonatal surgeon, Addison became a player in “Grace Anatomy” until he left to perform in spin-off, “Private Practice”. The show ran for six seasons from 2007-2013.

The final season of “Grace Anatomy” had high-level returns that were beloved (and imaginatively exited) from former cast members such as TR. Knight, Eric Dane, Chailer Lee and Dempsey. Their performances relate to the near-death experience of Meredith when she struggled with Covid’s serious case.
The new season of “Grace Anatomy” will air on September 30 on ABC.
